Company History
Picker Tree Experts has evolved over four decades and across continents, while remaining deeply committed to arboricultural excellence.
1978 - 1990: Picker Tree Experts I* (Northern Illinois)
1990 - 2004: Picker Tree Experts II* (Chicago Area)
2004 - Present: Asia Tree Preservation, Ltd.* (Hong Kong)
2007 - Co-founded the Institute of Arboriculture Studies (Hong Kong) www.ias.hk to support industry-wide training by credential preparation, seminars, and workshops. Through the IAS Don & Jonathan have hosted the International Arboriculture Summit-Hong Kong since 2007 by inviting over 75 renowned Educators as of 2026.
2007 - Launched by Don and Jonathan www.arbor.tools to provide technical higher-level tree diagnostics, and provide tools to the industry.
